Electron detection screens - Scintillize FB and Scintillize VFG are used
in combination with photomultipliers to provide ultra-fast electron detection
for applications requiring time resolution.
With emission in the blue/UV (peak 400 nm), Scintillize FB is optimised to match the performance of standard photomultipliers used in mass spectrometry systems and Auger spectrometers.
Scintillize FB is available in a range of sizes and can also be supplied on a "non-browning" substrate which is more robust to electron to electron bombardment.
